Music Artist Rihanna dazzled London with her urban chic collection for River Island on Saturday night.
The 2013 Collection was edgy, stylish but most importantly, it was wearable. The pieces mixed a variety of fabrics, even some denim. The color scheme of the designs favor black but has pops of color in between. The sundresses are definitely going to be a teen girl’s favorite as are the long dresses and short sets. The outfits can be dressed up or down as they were presented with either boots or stilettos and a baseball cap. A lot of the designs were shown with the bra top with the button down either as a cover or tied around the waist.
Tom Ford‘s return to the runway yesterday at London Fashion Week with a bang. Tom Ford booked Lancaster House, a historic former home of English aristocrats.
His theme was “Cross Cultural Multi Ethnic” and his interpretation shoved any hint of subtlety clean off the table, with multicolored sequin bomber jackets paired with bedazzled pants, jumbo puffer parkas rendered in leopard print furs, and a handful of embellished hoodies for good measure. He made good, too, on his promise to employ a bevy of international references. Tribal printed caftans and slouchy boots were followed swingy fringed leather that recalled the American West. Looking East to kimono shapes and Chinese prints, the designer sent out a series of fur lined coats in lurid brights that are sure to be a hit with his more adventurous customers.
Here’s an illustrated guide that will show you how to grow back your hair stylishly.

Alicia Keys performed some of her hits during halftime at the 2013 NBA All Star Game in a straight off the runway cube printed sequined crop top and leather sweatpants from Herve Leger’s Fall 2013 collection:
She completed her look with Reebok classic AKW sneakers.
The ensemble was modeled on the runway with a baseball cap and heels.
Though twitter had varying reactions to her look, particularly her leather pants, I like what I see.

Most of us style or chemically treat our hair and go out in the sun without any form of protection. As a result, our hair loses that healthy, glossy shine we had pre-styling days. Before you get all nostalgic, here are 5 basic steps that will help restore your hair back into health without costing you a dime.
Don’t Use Too Much Shampoo
A common mistake when caring for your locks is not to consider the basic process of shampooing. In fact, shampooing properly plays a big role in obtaining healthy and beautiful looking hair. While the amount of shampoo we use should be relative to the length of our hair, most of us apply way too much, which can cause stripping of essential oils, and consequently frizzy and unmanageable strands. So the next time you squirt from the bottle, make sure to measure an amount about the size of a quarter before massaging throughout your scalp.
Avoid Conditioning Your Scalp
While targeting the scalp is essential to cleaning your hair when shampooing, the opposite rule applies when conditioning. Once you have rinsed your hair, adequately removing suds and all traces of your shampoo, distribute conditioner focusing on the middle to the ends of your hair, all while avoiding the scalp. Because conditioner moisturizes, it also tends to weigh down your strands and flatten your overall ‘do, which is more likely to occur if applied on the scalp. Once you have applied the right amount of conditioner and in the proper manner, make sure to rinse thoroughly as any residue and buildup will make your hair appear dirty and oily, regardless of the fact that it has just been cleaned. Exception to this rule applies if your hair is very coarse and/or dry and can benefit from a bit of extended time with the conditioner.
Skip the Hot Water
While hot water feels amazing, especially during the winter, it also wreaks havoc on your hair’s health. Instead, wash your hair with lukewarm water and finish with a splash of cold, a process that will close your hair cuticles and prevent frizz. The end results? Not only will your hair appear shinier and brighter, it will also feel smoother to the touch, giving a whole new meaning to the phrase, “The ends justify the means.”
Rather than wrap your hair into a towel immediately after jumping out of the shower, towel dry your hair, using a blotting method that squeezes the water out. Such a technique will prevent tangles and further damage that results from roughing up your hair with a towel. Once you have removed excess water from your locks in a gentle manner, give yourself about 5 minutes before reaching out to any styling tools, including combs, hair brushes and hair-dryers. By giving your mane a bit of time, you will prevent breakage and tangles, as your hair is said to be at its most vulnerable state when wet. Aim to get your hair about 90 percent dry before reaching out for your blow-dryer or iron.
Don’t Use Too Many Products
Sure, there are countless of products out there that promise your hair the world and more upon application. However, the reality is that such products, especially when applied in excess, create unnecessary build-up and residue, a process that will leave your hair looking dirty and unhealthy. Rather then spend money on such products, give your hair a deep-moisturizing treatment by leaving your conditioner on overnight every 10 days or so, depending on your hair’s thickness. Not only will you avoid product clutter, after a few sessions, you will notice a huge difference in your hair’s overall strength and appearance.

Teen Models Kendall & Kylie Jenner have teamed up with PacSun for their first clothing line.
The affordable collection, with prices ranging from $24.50 to $79.50, features pieces inspired by the teens’ casual, California style. “It’s just a chill, relaxed cool line,” Kendall, 17, says, of their designs, noting that she’s partial to the Sleeveless Open Back Shirt, while Kylie adores the dresses.
Despite their similar taste in clothes, the girls found themselves disagreeing during the design process. “We did butt heads, but I think that’s actually great,” Kylie says. “We finally came to a conclusion, and I think it’s cool that there are two opinions in the entire line.”
And though the Kardashians weren’t directly involved in the collection, Kendall admits that she and Kylie do draw style inspiration from their older siblings, and are constantly “borrowing” from their well-stocked closets — especially Kourtney’s. “She’s always had the best style, even when she was younger,” Kylie says.
The Jenners won’t, however, name a best-dressed dude in their (extended) family, and not because they’re afraid of hurting someone’s feelings. “You can’t compare Scott and Kanye. You can’t!” Kendall explains. “Kanye doesn’t wear suits like Scott does. There are so many different things [about their style].”

Miranda Lambert was nominated for Best Country Album. Miranda showed up to this years Grammys wearing a navy Roberto Cavalli gown that was pretty sexy. She didn’t go with her usual short, sequin look, and reserved that for her performance dress. I really liked her statement earrings and bold cuff bracelets. Her hair and makeup were also very well done. During her interview with Ryan Seacrest, Miranda joked about the letter that went out ahead of the Grammys warning the performers not to show too much skin. She pointed to her cleavage and talked about “puffy skin” being banned, but that part of the letter was clearly about “genitals” not boobs. They also didn’t want any nips showing.
